Plaintiff fell in stadium bleachers and suffered a torn meniscus to the left knee and herniation at C5-C6. Plaintiff underwent treatment and injections for his knee which included meniscectomy, as well as, meniscus allograft. With regards to the cervical injury, plaintiff underwent a myelogram and EMG wherein plaintiff was recommended for anterior cervical discectomy and fusion at C5-C7.
