BIOGRAPHY

Focusing his legal career on catastrophic injury and death cases, Rob has seen his fair share of tragedies. He knows that good people sometimes need help, need compassion and empathy, and need excellent legal representation so that they are not trampled upon during times of tragedy and discord.

His career in helping these people has resulted in numerous civil jury trials, which have resulted in jury verdicts totaling more than half a BILLION dollars.

With more than 25 years of trial experience, Rob has served as trial counsel for class action litigation, and has been the lead trial attorney in numerous trials resulting in mega-million dollar verdicts. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates, and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates, recognized for having achieved million and multi-million dollar verdicts for his clients. He has argued before the five Courts of Appeal throughout Louisiana, as well as the Louisiana Supreme Court.

He has been recognized and rated by Martindale-Hubbell, which identifies lawyers with specialized legal ability, legal expertise and professional stature. He is a member of the American Association of Justice, the Louisiana Association for Justice, La. Criminal Defense Lawyers, and other legal associations.

He has been the guest speaker for numerous continuing legal education programs, including “Am I prepared to handle an 18 Wheeler Case,” and “Handling a Traumatic Brain Injury Case.”

He was inducted into the Southern University Law Center’s Hall of Fame (2006), where he was a graduate of Southern University Law Center. He completed his bachelor’s degree at Louisiana State University, where he served in numerous elected capacities.

Rob is the father of one child, Robert. His hobbies include flying, golf, hunting, fishing, snow skiing, motorcycles, and working on his cattle farm located in Grosse Tete, Louisiana.
